Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: FONHO is a manufacturing group, which has two factories, FONHO is producing an air dryer cartridge, an oil filter, fuel filter, water separator, and VOHO is producing solenoid valves, and pressure sensors, and other electronic parts for trucks. We worked in this industry for more than 12 years and our products are exported to many countries and have agents in more than 10 countries for our own brand UNITRUCK.

Q: How does your factory control the product’s quality?

A: Top priority, FONHO use good raw material for components, which are from famous brand over the world, like Alstrom Korea, HV (Hollingsworth & Vose) USA, Gessner GERMANY, AB Glue from Taiwan, Steel Material from BAO steel Shanghai, etc.

FONHO builds & performs strictly the operation & QC documents, with process requirements, parameters, and key points for quality control in every production process.

Q: Can you send me the video to show how the production process operation & QC?

A: Certainly, we have made videos of every process and uploaded them to Youtube, please see them on our website and Youtube as well.

Q: Do you make some tests for your products?

A: Yes, we make leakage test 100% for filters, air dryers & all valves before delivery. We also test some performance parameters in our own laboratory.

Q: Can I get the samples for free?

A: We can send the samples to you if you request. The sample fee is free from us, and we will discuss with you the freight cost details depending on your sample order’s volume and amount.

Q: How can I pay for my order? What are the payment term and delivery times?

A: Our normal payment term is a 30% deposit, and the balance is to be paid before shipment, or against the copy of BL depending on our good business relationship. We can accept T/T, or L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance payments, and we can deliver in 30-45 days depending on your order quantity.

Q: Do you have any certification?

A: Yes, we have IATF16949:2016 certification. To offer better quality products and better service, we perform strictly in production & QC according to the IATF16949:2016 documents. In our VOHO Solenoid Valve factory, we have ISO9001:2015 & CE certification.

Q: How is your after-service?

A: FONHO provides perfect OEM and after-sale service. No headache for any complaints. FONHO promises to take all responsibility if it’s caused by FONHO products. FONHO is the name to keep promise. FONHO responses quick in 24 hours, and gives feedback to you with our solution in 3 days.

Q: What about the MOQ?

A: For our own brand UNITRUCK, we keep large quantity stock for some popular items, then we can supply with small quantity. For your private brand orders, the MOQ is 500~1000pcs depending on the items.

Q: Is it possible to make our own private brand in printing and packaging?

A: Yes, we can produce for your own private brand in printing and package also, please check with us for details.

Q: What is your price term?

A: Normally, we quote with FOB Ningbo or Shanghai price. If you need CIF or CFR, we will check with our shipment forwarder to calculate the cost, then we can offer you with CIF or CFR price.

Q: Do you have a warehouse or office in our country?

A: Currently, we do not have a direct warehouse or office in your country. Our own band UNITRUCK has more than 30 agencies and distributions in 20 countries, which keeps stock in the warehouse. Please check with us for details on whether we already have an agency in your country. If not, we hope that we can cooperate together to help you to establish UNITRUCK stock in your country.
